Vault Security Systems Executive Team at the World Economic Forum 2019
Although, in a risk report, the WEF draws a gloomy picture of the state of the world – as the threats and divisions of society increase, the collective will to combat them is lacking – yet there is a bright spot. After all, Vault Security Systems wants to make a small contribution to making the world a little bit better and safer with its blockchain-based iVault development.
The Executive Team of Vault Security Systems (VSSAG), including CEO Arman Sarhaddar, COO Dr. Urs E. Gattiker, and co-founder Danyele Boland attended the World Economic Forum in Davos (Switzerland) on Wednesday, January 23, to make extensive contact; as well off the official program.
VSSAG’s CEO Arman and COO Urs
The motto of this year’s WEF, Globalization 4.0. – a global architecture in the age of the fourth industrial revolution – then dealt with topics such as cyberattacks and data theft as the major dangers of that time, among other things. The fourth industrial revolution is about the economic, social and political changes that come with the Internet, digitization, artificial intelligence, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing and machine learning.
With iVault, our blockchain-based database and platform for registering, identifying and protecting against counterfeit products and lost or stolen items, Vault Security Systems can harness the worldwide demand for such technologically advanced business solutions and make a valuable contribution to security.
VSSAG’s Urs and Danyele Boland with JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, and patent attorney John Moetteli
Although there were no big stars of the political scene this year, and leaders such as US President Donald Trump, French President Emmanuel Macron, and British Prime Minister Theresa May were not involved in the discussions over the crisis in their home countries, our management CEO Arman Sarhaddar attended and met senior executives from numerous companies for personal discussions, including Jamie Dimon, CEO JP Morgan Chase, Bibop Gresta, chairman and co-founder of Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, Alison Tarditi, Chief Investment Officer at the Australian Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation in Sydney and Chair of the WEF Global Agenda Council on the Future of Investing, Damir Yandrich, co-founder of LedgerState LTD, Jaan Tallinn, leading developer from Skype, as well as co-founder of PayPal, Luke Nosek.
CEO Arman Sarhaddar and COO Bibop Greta of #HyperloopTT
Another highlight was delivered by the on blockchain- and crypto specialised TV station BloxLive TV with an interview by our CEO’s Arman Sarhaddar and our COO’s Dr. Urs E. Gattiker, who as experts were able to contribute their knowledge about blockchain technology and Vault Security.
Even outside of the World Economic Forum, January has the VSS AG back under control, and the PR machine rolls on. So, after the first videos with statements from the management in December, we have now refilled again. Danyele Boland, co-founder of VSS AG, has a say, and the management now also presents videos in German. All available videos are here.
The technical development is advancing as well as the marketing side preparations – there will certainly be something new to report in February.
Until then, we wish all our prospects, friends and investors a good time.

Prof. Eric Bernhard introduces iVault
Our product “iVault” was introduced in August to an exclusive audience by Prof. Eric Bernhard. The introduction took place at an event hosted by Germany’s most renowned newspaper the “Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung” sponsored by the Blockchain Institute in Frankfurt.
We received positive feedback from the attendees, who were mostly from the blockchain technology scene, which is growing at a very fast pace. New business relationships were built and based upon the positive response we received, an invitation to speak again to an even larger audience on November 15th at the FAZ premises in Frankfurt. Attendees of the upcoming event will include the Minister of Finance, Mr. Olaf Scholz.
„We consider Germany one of our key markets in Europe since many items get reported stolen or lost annually and our goal is to solve this problem. The market introduction of our product in this country and the transparency of iVault are among our core business objectives” says CEO Arman Sarhaddar.
